  • To drive awareness about the Gift card, helping people to know how to use it, where to get it and increase the number of users.
  • Connecting it with the online You Got A Gift platform.

CHALLENGES:

  • Selling Gift Cards through an online third party (You Got A Gift) channel & the physical outlets maintaining the brand Al-Futtaim on top of this.
  • Our communication had to be tricky not only to promote the gift cards but also not let people get confused with You Got a Gift.
